The Holiday Farm Villa Grazia is situated in the small hamlet of Colpetrazzo, within a few kilometres of Todi, set in the magnificent scenery of the Mounts Martani: evergreen woods of holms and pine-trees of Aleppo, interrupted only by picturesque castles, ancient abbeys and Roman ruins, for a holiday in the most uncontaminated environment.

Villa Grazia is an ancient 17th century farmhouse in the green Umbrian countryside.
The building, lovingly restored maintaining the original rural structure and furnished with antique family furniture, is composed of :

• ground floor :
  hall, large kitchen, large dining and living-room, small lounge room with sofa bed, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom;

• first floor :
  4 double bedrooms, each with private bathroom.

Villa Grazia, surrounded by a large fenced garden with swimming pool, is the ideal place not only for those who enjoy the quietness of the countryside, but also for people who are fond of excursions and trips: the most beautiful art towns of the Central Italy are at hand as well as a lot of places of great environmental interest.

The Holiday Farm is an integral part of the Astolfi Farming Enterprise, personally managed by the owner and his family : the 140 ha of farming lands are organically cultivated and produce olive oil, cereals, fodder and meats from our cattle breeding of certificated Chianina breed, and pigs and sheeps of local breed.
There is also a butcher's shop where our products are sold to the public.
