At the Restaurant of the farm holidays “Tenuta degli Astolfi” it can be tasted the traditional and characteristic food of Umbria.
All is prepared respecting the traditions of our country using typical and genuine products only, and thanks to the ability and experience of our Chefs, we offer a wide range of menu, all particular and of very good taste.
The agricultural-zootechnical company, directed by the owner and his family, produces oil, corns, cheeses and meats, which particularly come from their Chianina cows ,certified race, and from local races sheep and pigs, reared in the 140 hectares of the farm holidays. All products produced by the agricultural-zootechnical company are directly furnished to the restaurant.
Some years ago, inside the agricultural-zootechnical company, has been opened a butcher’s shop , which sales the meats produced in our rears.
Some of the typical foods suggested in our menu:
Starters : various kinds of cold meats and salami of our production and traditional “bruschette”.
First course: hand made pasta (cariole, fettuccine, potatoes gnocchi) available with typical souses with meat, mushrooms and truffle.
Second course: various kinds of barbecued or fried meats.
various kinds of wild flow meats.
Side dishes: local vegetables, grilled of mixed vegetables.
Dessert of the house.
The restaurant is opened all days for dinner ,and on Saturday, Sunday and festivities it is also opened for lunch.
The restaurant is closed on Tuesday.
