The farm holidays “Tenuta degli Astolfi” is located in the middle of Umbria in a panoramic and quite area, but very close to the S.S. E45 Terni-Perugia, which allows to easily reach all cultural and tourist places.  

The pride of Umbria country is the presence of numerous mineral spring waters, already known in the roman time because of their therapeutic properties. They are one of the most excellent product in the meaning of health and wellness.

The most famous and important are the “Spring waters of Sangemini”, from which are bottled the “Sangemini” and “Fabia” waters; the “Spring waters of Amerino”( also known as the “San Francisco’s spring waters”) near Acquasparta. The thermal baths are also encircled by wide green parks.
